When God Opens Your Eyes 🌷 Women’s Devotional 📖 Bible Verse: 2 Kings 6:17 — “And Elisha prayed, ‘Open his eyes, Lord, so that he may see.’ Then the Lord opened the servant’s eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.” 💖 Reflection: There are moments when our circumstances look frightening simply because we can only see what is directly in front of us. We see the problem, the uncertainty, the opposition, or the limitation, and we forget that there is an unseen reality beyond what our natural eyes can perceive. Elisha's servant saw an enemy army surrounding them and became afraid. Elisha, however, knew something the servant could not yet see: God's heavenly army was already surrounding them. Sometimes we need the same prayer: “Lord, open my eyes.” We may not need our circumstances to immediately change. We may first need God to change the way we see them.
