๐ŸŒธ September 16–30 — Closing Encouragement

๐ŸŒธ September 16–30 — Closing Encouragement September has taken us through rebuilding, courage, suffering, wisdom, grace, identity, unity, spiritual battle, joy, perseverance, peace, purpose, and eternity . Some days remind us that we don't have all the answers . Some remind us that God is still working . Some remind us that we are deeply loved and chosen in Christ . Some call us to stand firm . Others invite us to let go of anxiety and receive God's peace . And as the month closes, we are reminded to lift our eyes beyond what is temporary. ๐ŸŒฟ When life is confusing — trust God. ๐Ÿ”ฅ When opposition comes — stand firm. ❤️ When you feel unworthy — remember your identity in Christ. ๐Ÿ›ก️ When spiritual battles come — put on God's armor. ๐ŸŒป When you feel like giving up — press on. ๐Ÿ•Š️ When anxiety overwhelms you — pray. ✨ When life feels empty — remember that Christ is enough. ๐Ÿ‘‘ When tomorrow feels uncertain — keep eternity in view. Set Your Heart on Things Above ๐Ÿง‘‍๐Ÿง‘‍๐Ÿง’‍๐Ÿง’

Set Your Heart on Things Above ๐Ÿง‘‍๐Ÿง‘‍๐Ÿง’‍๐Ÿง’ Bible Reading: Ecclesiastes 7–9, Colossians 3–4 Bible Verse: “Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.” – Colossians 3:2 ๐Ÿ’ฌ Quote: “When eternity becomes our focus, today's priorities begin to look different.” ✨  ✨ Reflection: As September comes to an end, Ecclesiastes reminds us of the brevity and uncertainty of life. Colossians calls us to set our hearts and minds on Christ and live differently because we belong to Him. We still work, love, serve, dream, and plan—but our ultimate focus is no longer temporary. We live today with eternity in view. ๐Ÿ’ก Takeaway: Live today's life with tomorrow's eternity in your heart. ๐Ÿ™ Prayer: Father, help me keep an eternal perspective. May my thoughts, words, relationships, and decisions reflect the fact that I belong to Christ. Seek the Things Above ๐ŸŒฑ

Seek the Things Above ๐ŸŒฑ Devotional for Youth Scripture: Colossians 3:1–2 "Set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things." Devotional Thought: It's easy to become consumed by things happening around you—likes, followers, possessions, grades, popularity, relationships, and future plans. These things aren't necessarily wrong, but they become dangerous when they become more important than God. Paul reminds believers to set their hearts and minds on things above. This means allowing Jesus to shape your priorities. When Christ is your focus, you can enjoy the things God gives you without allowing them to control you. Your earthly life has meaning when it is connected to an eternal perspective. Reflection Questions: What earthly things occupy most of your thoughts? How can you make Jesus a greater priority? Takeaways: Keep an eternal perspective. Let Christ shape you...

The Treasure of the Kingdom ๐Ÿง‘‍๐Ÿง‘‍๐Ÿง’‍๐Ÿง’ Devotionals for Church Family ๐Ÿ“– Main Verse: “The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field...” — Matthew 13:44 ๐Ÿ“š Bible in a Year: Reading for the Day Old Testament: Psalms 140–145 New Testament: Matthew 12–13 ๐Ÿ’ก Devotional Thought: The closing psalms in today's reading call us to praise the Lord for His faithfulness, compassion, and mighty acts. They remind us that God's Kingdom is eternal and His love endures forever. Jesus compares the Kingdom of Heaven to a priceless treasure worth giving everything to obtain. Nothing in this world compares to knowing Christ and living under His rule. When we understand the value of God's Kingdom, we gladly surrender lesser things to pursue what is eternal. A Kingdom-focused church values eternal treasures above earthly possessions. ๐Ÿ“ Application: Council & Pastoral: Keep the mission of God's Kingdom above every program. Men & Ladies: Invest your time and r...
