Peace in the Middle of the Storm ๐ท
Peace in the Middle of the Storm๐ทWomen’s Devotional
Mark 4:39 — “He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, ‘Quiet! Be still!’ Then the wind died down and it was completely calm.”
๐ Reflection:
The disciples were afraid because the storm was real. Jesus did not tell them the storm wasn't happening. He simply showed them that the storm was not greater than Him.
You may be facing your own storm today—financial pressure, family concerns, uncertainty, or emotional exhaustion.
Remember: Jesus is in the boat.
Your peace doesn't have to wait until the storm ends. It can begin with knowing Who is with you inside it.
๐ช Reflection Questions:
- What storm is demanding most of my attention?
- Am I focusing more on the waves than on Jesus?
๐ Takeaways / Things to Do:
- Pause and pray before reacting to today's problems.
- Speak God's promises over your situation.
- Trust Christ even before the circumstances change.
๐ Prayer:
Jesus, speak peace into the storms of my life. Help me remember that Your presence is greater than anything I face. Amen.
