Scripture: Psalm 46:1
"God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble."

Devotional Thought:
When life gets messy, where do you run? Friends, music, social media, or simply shutting down? God says, "Run to Me." He is your safe place when you feel overwhelmed. You don't have to face every problem alone. Talk to Him, trust Him, and let Him be your strength.

Reflection Questions:

  1. Where do you usually run when you're stressed?
  2. Have you given that situation to God?

Prayer:
