God promised leaders who would care for His people with wisdom and understanding. Leadership in God's Kingdom is not about position; it is about shepherding people toward God.

Acts 15–17 shows believers working through disagreements, making decisions, strengthening churches, and proclaiming Christ in new places.

Every ministry leader needs wisdom, humility, and a heart that genuinely cares for people.

📝 Application:

Council & Pastoral: Lead with biblical wisdom, patience, and a shepherd's heart.

Men & Ladies: Influence your families through godly example.

Youth & Children: Encourage one another to follow Jesus faithfully.

Do the people around me experience God's care through my leadership?

🙏 Prayer:
Lord, give our pastors, council members, ministry leaders, parents, and teachers hearts that reflect Your Shepherd's heart. Give us wisdom when disagreements arise and humility when decisions are difficult. Help us lead people closer to Jesus. Amen.
