A Month Crowned with Goodness🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒

“A Month Crowned with Goodness” Special 1st December  Morning Devotionals for the Church 📖 Scripture Reading:  Psalm 65:11 “You crown the year with Your goodness, and Your paths drip with abundance.” 💒 Devotional Thought: As we rise on the first morning of December, we pause as a church to recognize that God has carried us through eleven months of victories, challenges, miracles, and lessons. Today is not just the beginning of another month—it's an invitation to look back with gratitude and look forward with expectation. Psalm 65:11 reminds us of a powerful truth: God doesn’t just fill our year; He crowns it. He places His goodness over it like a royal seal, marking it with favor, mercy, and divine orchestration. December often brings both reflection and pressure—but God says this month will drip with abundance. That doesn’t only mean material blessings. It means: Abundance of peace in anxious hearts Abundance of strength for weary souls Abundance of grace ...

The Church Ushering Ministry

Image
The Ushering Ministry is very important in the life of the church because it is both practical and spiritual. Ushers don’t just guide people to their seats—they help prepare hearts for worship and create an atmosphere where God’s presence can be experienced. They plays a vital role in the life of the church. They are often the first people that members, guests, and visitors encounter, making them an extension of the church’s hospitality and order. Here are the main roles and responsibilities of the ushering ministry: 🌟 Importance of the Ushering Ministry 1. They Are the First Point of Contact Ushers are the first faces people see when they enter the church. A smile, a warm greeting, and a helping hand reflect the love of Christ and set the tone for worship. 2. They Help Maintain Order in God’s House Scripture reminds us in 1 Corinthians 14:40: “Let all things be done decently and in order.” Ushers ensure that services flow smoothly and that distractions are minimized so w...

Our Condolences🙏🕯🥀🕊🙏

Today, we visited one of our dear church members whose husband has recently passed away. It was a moment of quiet sorrow, but also of deep faith and unity. As we entered their home, we could feel the heaviness of loss—but also the presence of God’s peace that surpasses all understanding. Together, as one family in Christ, we prayed not only for the soul of the departed but for the comfort and strength of the living. Tears were shed, yet in those tears was love—love that binds us as a church, as a community, and as followers of Christ. Many from our congregation came to offer their support, to be present, to share a word of encouragement, or even just to sit in silence. It was a beautiful reminder that when one part of the body suffers, all the others share in that pain (1 Corinthians 12:26). In moments like these, we are reminded that the church is not just a building—it’s a family that carries one another through seasons of sorrow and hope. Let us continue to lift this family i...
