Proverbs 4:23 — “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”

💖 Reflection:
Not everything deserves access to your heart.

What you repeatedly watch, listen to, think about, and entertain can eventually shape your attitudes and choices. Guarding your heart doesn't mean isolating yourself from the world; it means being intentional about what influences you.

Ask yourself: Is this bringing me closer to Christ or quietly pulling me away?

Your heart is worth protecting.
