God invites His people to call upon Him. Prayer is not merely presenting a list of requests; it is an invitation to know God's heart and trust His wisdom.
The early church in Acts faced opposition and challenges, yet God's work continued to spread. Stephen remained faithful, and the Gospel moved beyond Jerusalem.
When we pray, we may not always receive the answer we expect, but we can trust the God who sees what we cannot see.
📝 Application:
Council & Pastoral: Make prayer central when making ministry decisions.
Men & Ladies: Bring family concerns to God before allowing worry to control you.
Youth & Children: Develop the habit of talking to God about your everyday concerns.

What situation have I been trying to handle without sincerely calling on God?

Lord, thank You for inviting us to call upon You. Teach us to pray with faith, patience, and humility. Give our leaders wisdom, our families peace, and our young people courage. May our entire church family become a people who instinctively turn to You. Amen.
