Reflection

Even strong men get tired. Providing, leading, working, and caring for others can drain you.

God does not condemn you for being tired. He invites you to wait on Him and receive renewed strength.

Rest is not weakness. Sometimes it is an act of trust.

Have I been trying to run on my own strength?
