Let God Carry Your Anxiety ๐ŸŒท

Let God Carry Your Anxiety
๐ŸŒทWomen’s Devotional

๐Ÿ“– Bible Verse:
1 Peter 5:7“Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.”

๐Ÿ’– Reflection:
You were never designed to carry every worry alone.

God doesn't tell you to hide your anxiety or pretend everything is fine. He invites you to cast it on Him—to deliberately place your worries into His hands.

Whatever is occupying your thoughts today, give it to God. You may need to surrender it more than once, but keep doing so.

His care is bigger than your worry.

๐Ÿชž Reflection Questions:

  • What worry is consuming my thoughts today?
  • Have I truly surrendered it to God?

๐Ÿ’ Takeaways / Things to Do:

  • Name your biggest worry and pray over it.
  • When it returns, surrender it again.
  • Replace anxious thoughts with God's promises.

๐Ÿ™ Prayer:
Lord, I give You the worries I cannot carry. Thank You for caring about every detail of my life. Help me rest in Your hands. Amen.
