 📖 Psalm 61:2
“When my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.”

💖 Reflection
Overwhelm doesn’t always come from huge crises—sometimes it comes from the accumulation of small burdens: responsibilities, decisions, worries, expectations, and emotional fatigue. But David shows us a beautiful response: Don’t stand in the storm—run to the Rock.

The Rock that is higher than your emotions.
Higher than your fears.
Higher than your perspective.
Higher than the pressures surrounding you.

God lifts you above what tries to drown you. His presence becomes your high place—steady, strong, unmoving. You don’t have to climb your way out; you only need to reach for Him and let Him lift you.
