Your heart is the core of who you are—your decisions, actions, and relationships flow from it. That’s why God says: guard it. Not with walls, but with wisdom. Be careful about the voices you listen to, the friends you trust, the content you consume, and the emotions you allow to stay. A guarded heart isn’t cold—it’s protected, healthy, and strong. When you guard your heart, you guard your future.
