Scripture: Isaiah 40:29
“He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.”

Devotional Thought:
Life feels heavy sometimes. Responsibilities increase. Emotions get complicated. You may feel like giving up—but this verse is God’s promise to you: He gives strength. Not just physical strength, but emotional and spiritual power to rise again. God doesn’t ask you to be strong on your own; He offers His strength freely.

  1. What has been draining your strength lately?

  2. How can you rely on God’s power instead of pushing alone?
