📖 Bible Verse:
Nehemiah 8:10 — “Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”

💖 Reflection:
Life can drain your strength—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. God never intended you to rely on your own power alone. His joy renews you when you feel worn down. Even in seasons of sorrow, God offers a strength that comes from joy rooted in Him, not in circumstances. When you draw close to Him, He restores what has been depleted.

🪞 Reflection Questions:

  • Where do I feel most tired or weak right now?

  • How can I allow God’s joy to strengthen me?

  • Spend time praising God, even in difficulty.

  • Rest intentionally in God’s presence.
