Press On with Purpose π§π§π§π§
“Do not be afraid; keep on speaking, do not be silent.” — Acts 18:9
π Bible in a Year: Reading for the Day
Old Testament: Joshua 9–10
New Testament: Acts 19
π‘ Devotional Thought:
Joshua 9–10 reminds us that decisions made without seeking God can lead to complications, yet God still works through imperfect situations. Even when Israel was deceived, God gave them victory when they called upon Him.
In Acts 18–19, Paul was encouraged by the Lord to keep speaking boldly. Despite opposition, God assured him of His presence and purpose.
A church that presses forward in purpose does not stop because of challenges. God’s mission continues through faithful obedience.
π Application:
Council & Pastoral: Lead with boldness in fulfilling God’s mission.
Men & Ladies: Continue serving even when it’s difficult.
Youth & Children: Share your faith without fear.
π€ Reflection:
Am I continuing God’s work even when it becomes challenging?
π Take Away:
God calls us to keep going with courage.
π Prayer:
Lord, strengthen us to keep moving forward in Your purpose. Give us boldness to speak and live for You without fear. Amen.
