 Be an Example
๐ŸŒ…Morning Devotionals for Youth

๐Ÿ“– 1 Timothy 4:12 – “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers…”

Devotional:
Sometimes people think youth can’t make a difference. But the Bible says otherwise—you can be a powerful example, no matter your age. Your words, actions, and attitude can point people toward Jesus.

Think of David—he was just a young shepherd boy when he defeated Goliath. Or Mary—she was a teenager when God chose her to carry Jesus. God often uses young people to do great things because their hearts are willing and teachable.

Your life is like a light. Even small actions—choosing honesty, helping a friend, refusing peer pressure—shine brightly in a dark world. Don’t underestimate the impact you can make.

Reflection Questions:

  • In what ways can you be a good example at school, at home, or among your friends?

  • What’s one small choice you can make today that points others to Jesus?

Prayer:
Jesus, help me to live in a way that reflects You. Make my life an example that inspires others to know You. Amen.
