Cleansed by Christ π§π§π§π§
“How much more, then, will the blood of Christ... cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death.” — Hebrews 9:14
π Bible in a Year: Reading for the Day
Old Testament: Esther 1–3
New Testament: Hebrews 9
π‘ Devotional Thought:
Esther 1–3 introduces a crisis that threatened God's people, yet God's unseen hand was already at work.
Hebrews 9 reminds us that Christ's sacrifice was complete and sufficient. His blood cleanses us from sin and gives us freedom to serve God with a clear conscience.
A redeemed church lives in gratitude for Christ's sacrifice.
π Application:
Council & Pastoral: Proclaim the power of Christ's sacrifice.
Men & Ladies: Live in the freedom of forgiveness.
Youth & Children: Thank Jesus for washing away sin.
π€ Reflection:
Am I living in the freedom Christ has provided?
π Take Away:
Christ's sacrifice is completely sufficient.
π Prayer:
Lord Jesus, thank You for cleansing us through Your sacrifice. Help us live in gratitude and obedience to You. Amen.
