Leading with Gentleness📖
Verse:
“Fathers, do not embitter your children, or they will become discouraged.” – Colossians 3:21
Reflection:
Discipline is part of fatherhood, but how it is delivered matters. Harsh words and constant criticism can wound a child’s spirit, while gentle correction builds character and confidence. A father’s role is not to break but to build, not to crush but to guide.
Gentleness is not weakness; it is strength under control. When you lead your children with love and patience, they will grow secure, knowing they are deeply valued.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, teach me to discipline with love and gentleness. Guard my words and actions so that I may encourage, not discourage, my children. Let them see Your love through me. Amen.
