“Blessed be the Lord, my rock, who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle.” – Psalm 144:1

Reflection:
Fatherhood can feel like a battle—against financial struggles, temptations, and the enemy’s attacks on your family. But God equips you with strength for every fight. He trains you not with weapons of the world but with prayer, faith, and perseverance.

Your strength as a father is not in your fists but in your folded hands lifted in prayer. God is your rock, preparing you to defend and lead your household in righteousness.

Prayer:
Lord, train me to be a warrior for my family. Strengthen me to stand firm in faith and protect my home through prayer and obedience to You. Amen.
