Reflection:
Even fathers need a safe place to run to. You carry the weight of your family, but you are not meant to carry it alone. God is your refuge—your hiding place when stress and problems overwhelm you. Run to Him in prayer. Your strength comes not from pretending to be unshakable but from leaning on the One who never fails.

Prayer:
Father, You are my refuge and my strength. When I feel weak, let me run to You. Remind me that I am not alone in my battles, for You are always with me. Amen.
