“Brother Saul, the Lord—Jesus… has sent me so that you may see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit.” — Acts 9:17
π Bible in a Year: Reading for the Day
Old Testament: Deuteronomy 20–22
New Testament: Acts 9
π‘ Devotional Thought:
Deuteronomy teaches Israel principles for righteous living as a covenant people. God desired that their conduct reflect His holiness.
Acts 9 records one of the most powerful transformations in Scripture. Saul, once a persecutor of the church, encountered Jesus and became Paul the apostle. This reminds us that no one is beyond the reach of God’s grace.
A transformed life becomes a powerful testimony. When Christ changes a heart, He also changes its direction and purpose.
π Application:
Council & Pastoral: Believe in God’s power to transform lives.
Men & Ladies: Share how Christ has changed your life.
Youth & Children: Trust that Jesus can change hearts—including yours.
π€ Reflection:
How has Jesus transformed my life and direction?
π Take Away:
Jesus transforms lives for His purpose.
π Prayer:
Lord Jesus, thank You for the power of transformation. Continue shaping our hearts and using our testimonies to point others to You. Amen.
