Be Still and Know 🌷

Be Still and Know
🌷Women’s Devotional

Psalm 46:10
"Be still, and know that I am God."

💖 Reflection
Stillness is difficult in a noisy world. Responsibilities, notifications, expectations—everything competes for our attention. Yet God calls us to pause. Stillness is not laziness; it is trust.

When we slow down and remember who God is—sovereign, powerful, faithful—our anxiety begins to quiet. Being still allows us to listen. It reminds us that we are not in control, and we do not need to be. God is already working behind the scenes.

🪞 Reflection Questions
• When was the last time I truly rested in God’s presence?
• What distracts me from spiritual stillness?
• How can I create space for quiet time daily?

💐 Takeaways / Things to Do
• Set aside 10–15 minutes of silent prayer.
• Turn off distractions during devotional time.
• Reflect on God’s character attributes.

🙏 Prayer
God, teach me to be still. Calm my restless heart and remind me that You are in control. Amen.
