A United Church π§π§π§π§
“All the believers were together and had everything in common.” — Acts 2:44
π Bible in a Year: Reading for the Day
Old Testament: Deuteronomy 5–6
New Testament: Acts 3
π‘ Devotional Thought:
Deuteronomy 6 calls families to love the Lord wholeheartedly and teach His Word diligently. Faith must be lived at home before it spreads abroad.
In Acts 3, Peter and John healed a lame man — not by wealth, but by the name of Jesus. Unity and faith released miracles.
A united church demonstrates God’s love in action.
π Application:
Council & Pastoral: Foster unity and discipleship.
Men & Ladies: Build Christ-centered homes.
Youth & Children: Support and pray for one another.
π€ Reflection:
Is my life strengthening unity within the church?
π Take Away:
Unity invites God’s power and presence.
π Prayer:
Father, bind us together in love and purpose. Let our unity reflect Christ to the world. Amen.
