Psalm 121:1–2
“I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.”

Reflection

Every father faces moments when the responsibilities of providing and protecting feel overwhelming. The pressure of work, family needs, and leadership can sometimes feel heavier than expected. But Psalm 121 reminds us that our true help does not come from our own strength alone—it comes from the Lord.

When you lift your eyes to God instead of focusing only on your burdens, you begin to see His provision, wisdom, and strength at work. A father who trusts God for help becomes calmer in challenges and stronger in leadership. Your family benefits when your confidence is rooted in God’s support rather than in your own ability.
