God Is My Strength π
God Is My Strength
π Devotional for Fathers (Breadwinners & Leaders at Home)
Verse:
“The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.” – Psalm 28:7
Reflection:
No father can carry the weight of life alone. God is your strength in exhaustion, your shield in temptation, and your help in weakness. Relying on Him doesn’t make you less of a man—it makes you a stronger one.
You are never self-made—you are God-sustained.
Reflection Question:
Do I rely on God’s strength daily, or only when I feel weak?
Takeaways / Things to Do:
-
Start your day in prayer for strength.
-
Admit when you need God’s help—He delights to support you.
-
Encourage another father to depend on God’s strength too.
Prayer:
Lord, be my strength and shield today. Thank You for carrying what I cannot. Help me to lead with humility and confidence in You. Amen.
