Reflection

Many fathers believe they must earn God's approval through flawless performance. The gospel reminds us that we stand in God's grace, not because of our perfection, but because of Christ.

Grace does not make us passive; it empowers us to keep growing. When you stumble, God's grace lifts you up. When you feel weak, His grace strengthens you. When you feel unworthy, His grace reminds you that you are loved.

A father who understands grace becomes more patient with himself and more gracious toward his family.
