💡 Devotional Thought:
As Job suffered, many painful words were spoken by those around him. Their speeches remind us that words have tremendous power—they can either wound deeply or bring comfort and hope.

James teaches that our speech reveals the condition of our hearts. God desires our words to encourage, strengthen, comfort, and glorify Him. Every conversation provides an opportunity to demonstrate Christ's love through gracious speech.

A Christ-centered church speaks words that heal rather than harm.

Council & Pastoral: Use your words to shepherd and encourage God's people.

Men & Ladies: Speak with kindness, patience, and wisdom.

Youth & Children: Use words that build others up instead of tearing them down.
