Trusting the Lord with All Your Heart๐ทWomen’s Devotional
Proverbs 3:5–6 — “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”
๐ Reflection:
Life often presents us with crossroads where we are unsure which direction to take. As women, we naturally desire to protect our families, make wise decisions, and plan for the future. Yet there are moments when no amount of planning or reasoning can provide the answers we seek. It is in those moments that God gently reminds us to trust Him completely.
Trusting God is not passive—it is an active choice to believe that His wisdom is greater than ours. We may not understand why certain doors close or why prayers seem delayed, but God sees the entire picture. He knows what lies ahead and lovingly directs our steps according to His perfect will.
Leaning on our own understanding often leads to anxiety because our perspective is limited. However, when we surrender every plan, concern, and decision to the Lord, He replaces confusion with peace and uncertainty with confidence. His guidance may not always come in dramatic ways; often it comes through His Word, quiet conviction, wise counsel, and the circumstances He lovingly orchestrates.
Today, choose to place your future in God's hands. The One who has faithfully led you this far will continue to guide every step ahead.
