The world often measures greatness by position, wealth, or recognition. Jesus measured greatness by service.

A father's leadership is most effective when it reflects the servant heart of Christ. Helping with household responsibilities, listening patiently, sacrificing personal comfort, and putting your family's needs before your own are all expressions of servant leadership.

Your family will remember not only what you accomplished but how faithfully you served them.
