Salvation Belongs to Our God π§π§π§π§
π Bible in a Year: Reading for the Day
Old Testament: Psalms 66–69
New Testament: Revelation 6–7
π‘ Devotional Thought: The psalms in today’s reading celebrate God’s mighty works and His faithfulness to His people. David repeatedly called others to remember what God had done and to respond with worship and gratitude.
Revelation 6–7 reveals both God’s judgment and His mercy. In the midst of global turmoil, a great multitude stands before the throne, declaring that salvation belongs to God and to the Lamb. Our salvation is not based on human effort, but on the finished work of Jesus Christ.
A worshiping church keeps proclaiming the gospel of salvation through Christ alone.
π Application:
Council & Pastoral: Keep the message of salvation central in every ministry.
Men & Ladies: Share your testimony of God’s saving grace.
Youth & Children: Tell others that Jesus is the Savior.
π€Reflection: Am I grateful for the salvation God has given me?
π Take Away: Salvation is God’s gift through Jesus Christ.
π Prayer:
Father, thank You for the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. Fill our hearts with gratitude and help us boldly proclaim the good news to those around us. May our lives reflect the joy of being redeemed by Your grace. Amen.
