💡 Devotional Thought:
The psalms in today's reading reveal both the brokenness of humanity and the faithfulness of God toward those who seek Him. David repeatedly found refuge in the Lord and learned to extend mercy because he had first experienced God's mercy.

John teaches that genuine love is the defining mark of every follower of Christ. Love goes beyond feelings—it is demonstrated through compassion, forgiveness, generosity, and sacrificial service. When believers truly love one another, the world sees the love of Christ through His Church.

A loving church becomes a powerful testimony of God's transforming grace.
