Keeping your eyes on Christ 👔

Keeping your eyes on Christ
👔Devotional for Fathers (Breadwinners & Leaders at Home)

John 15:5
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in Me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from Me you can do nothing.”

Reflection

Fruitful fatherhood begins with a faithful relationship with Christ. Just as a branch cannot survive apart from the vine, a father cannot fulfill God's calling apart from Jesus.

Remaining in Christ means spending time in prayer, reading His Word, obeying His commands, and trusting Him daily. As you stay connected to Him, His love, wisdom, patience, and strength naturally flow into every area of your life.

Your greatest influence on your family will not come from your own abilities but from the life of Christ being reflected through you.

Reflection Question

Am I intentionally remaining connected to Christ every day?

💐 Takeaways / Things to Do:

  • Spend uninterrupted time with Jesus today.
  • Stay connected to God's Word throughout the day.
  • Let Christ shape your attitudes, decisions, and leadership.

🙏 Prayer:
Lord Jesus, keep me close to You. Let my life bear fruit that honors You and blesses my family for generations to come. Amen.
