Imagine a tree with roots reaching deep into the ground. When strong winds come, those roots help keep it standing. Your faith needs the same kind of foundation. When you understand how deeply Christ loves you, you don't have to depend on the opinions of others to determine your worth. His love gives you security when friendships change, plans fail, or life becomes difficult. The more deeply you understand Christ's love, the more freely you can love others. You become rooted in something that circumstances cannot destroy.
