Psalm 126:5 — “Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy.”
💖 Reflection:
There are tears that nobody else sees.
Tears shed in prayer. Tears behind a closed door. Tears that fall quietly while everyone assumes you are doing fine. Tears that come from disappointment, grief, exhaustion, or longing.
God sees them all.
Psalm 126 reminds us that tears are not necessarily evidence that our story is failing. Sometimes tears are part of the process of sowing. We may be faithfully praying, loving, serving, waiting, and believing while carrying pain that others know nothing about.
But God sees the seeds being planted through those difficult moments.
Your tears may represent prayers that have not yet been answered. They may represent sacrifices made in love. They may represent a season of surrender.
Keep sowing.
The harvest may not come according to your timetable, but your faithfulness is not invisible to God. He can transform seasons of sorrow into testimonies of joy.
One day you may look back and realize that God was doing something beautiful even while you were crying.
