Don't Let Fear Lead You
🌱 Devotional for Youth


Scripture: 2 Timothy 1:7
"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."

Devotional Thought:
Fear can make you question yourself, avoid opportunities, and imagine the worst possible outcome. But fear doesn't have to control your decisions. God gives you power to face challenges, love to respond to others, and a sound mind to make wise choices. Courage doesn't mean you never feel afraid. It means you refuse to let fear become your master. When fear speaks loudly, remind yourself of what God has already placed within you.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What fear is influencing your decisions right now?
  2. How can you respond to that fear with faith?

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, help me not to be controlled by fear. When I feel nervous, uncertain, or afraid, remind me that Your Spirit gives me power, love, and a sound mind. Give me courage to face what is ahead and wisdom to make decisions based on faith rather than fear. Amen.
