Scripture: Colossians 3:23
"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord."

Devotional Thought:
Sometimes we give our best effort only when someone is watching. We may work hard when we expect recognition but become careless when nobody notices. God calls us to a different standard. Whether you're studying, cleaning your room, helping your family, serving at church, or working on a personal goal, do it wholeheartedly because ultimately you are serving God. Excellence doesn't mean being perfect. It means giving God your honest effort and using the abilities He has given you faithfully. Even ordinary tasks can become meaningful when they are done for Him.

  1. Do you give your best even when nobody is watching?
  2. What area of your life needs greater effort and faithfulness?
