Remember Who You Belong To
🌱 Devotional for Youth


Scripture: 1 Peter 2:9
"You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession."

Devotional Thought:
The world constantly tries to tell you who you should be. Social media may tell you that your appearance determines your worth. Friends may make you feel that popularity defines your value. Achievements may make you believe that success determines who you are. But God gives you a far greater identity. You belong to Him. Being chosen by God doesn't mean you are better than others; it means you have been called to live differently and reflect His goodness. Your identity is not determined by likes, followers, grades, possessions, or other people's opinions. You are God's special possession, and that truth gives you a secure foundation.

  1. What usually influences the way you see yourself?
  2. How does knowing that you belong to God change your perspective?
